Refund policy
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be refunded. However, if the item has not yet been shipped, we are pleased to offer a full refund upon request from the customer.
⚠️ For gold rings that are customized and already made for a customer, any changes to the customization will incur a fee of $ 200.
Return or Exchange
You can return or exchange your CNICK Ring within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is fully functional and undamaged. You can choose to receive a refund or an exchange. Please be advised that the $ 10 return shipping fee is non-refundable.
The ring must be returned within two (2) weeks of submitting a return request.
⚠️ Customized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. A customized order includes any item with custom engraving or personalized colors.
For gold ring return, a $ 100 fee applies to cover return shipping costs.
If you cancel your order after receiving a sizing kit, a $ 5.00 fee is non-refundable.
Wrong size
- If you have ordered the wrong size item, we can replace it with a new one for an additional $20.00 to cover the shipping and handling cost for the replacement.
- If you have ordered a customizable item in the wrong size, we offer a replacement for an additional $50.00.
- For gold ring exchanges, a $100 fee applies to cover return shipping costs.
Warranty
Your CNICK is warranted for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects or failure to function.
- The warranty doesn’t cover loss, polish damage, or changes in appearance due to careless handling and improper use of outside of our care instructions.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
